Please note that I silence my notifications on weekends, so if you contact me during that time, I will respond the following Monday. I also ask that you read through the descriptions of each service before booking to ensure you're selecting the right option for your needs. Additionally, I can no longer accommodate specific time constraints when booking appointments. Rushing through services to meet a deadline can create unnecessary stress, and it’s important to me that I can give every client my full attention and energy. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and rescheduled appointments within 48 hours or less of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This does not go towards the next appointment, and must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Clients who are late by 15 minutes or more without giving me a heads up, will be charged an additional late fee or may be required to reschedule the appointment and a 50% cancellation fee may be charged. After 15 minutes without any prior communication, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and marked as a no show.
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, with no notice will be considered a no show, resulting in a 100% no show fee of their scheduled service. This must be paid before booking any future appointments.
