Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which must be paid prior to rebooking. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late without prior communication may be required to reschedule and a 50% fee may apply. Appointments with no communication after 15 minutes will be marked as a no-show. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service. If I am able to fill a last-minute cancellation, the fee may be waived at my discretion.
